Packing Materials Information

Thank you for choosing Bestway Relocation for your upcoming move. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following information regarding our packing materials and procedures.

Delivery & Collection

  • Included Costs: All packing materials are included in your removal cost.
  • Delivery: We will deliver materials to your property upon your instruction. If you are not home, please designate a safe and dry location for us to leave them.
  • Service Radius: Please note that material deliveries and collections apply only to moves within a 30-mile radius of our depot. These services do not apply to long-distance moves.
  • Self-Service: You are welcome to collect or return materials yourself at our facility during office hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

Sustainability & Care

To reduce our carbon footprint, we recycle all untarnished packing materials. We kindly ask for your support in this mission:
  • Keep Materials Dry: Please do not leave packing materials in the rain, as wet materials cannot be reused.
  • Storage: Keep all boxes and materials in a safe, dry place until they are collected.
  • Recycling: While we collect paper and bubble wrap, you are welcome to dispose of these yourself if you need to clear space.

Important Rules & Charges

  • Ownership: Do not sell or dispose of our packing materials; doing so may result in a charge based on the size of your move.
  • Third-Party Items: We cannot remove rubbish or boxes that were not originally provided by Bestway Relocation.
  • Adequate Packing: Ensure your packing is completed properly to avoid potential additional charges.
  • Golden Rule: Our motto is: If it fits in a box, seal it in a box.

Scheduling

  • Preparation: Please be realistic with your timeframe. Ensure you request your boxes early enough to give yourself ample time to pack before moving day.
  • Arranging Collection: While we aim to collect materials as soon as possible, we cannot always guarantee a specific day. Please call our office to arrange a pickup.

Thank you for choosing our professional packing service! To ensure your move is as seamless as possible, we will handle the vast majority of the packing for you. However, because our team may not always know which items are most essential to your daily routine, we recommend a few simple steps to prepare.

Essential Items to Keep With You

We strongly recommend that you keep the following items in your personal possession throughout the move so they are easily accessible:
  • Passports
  • Important Documents
  • Medication
  • Keys
  • Other Essentials: Any other items you may need immediate access to during the transition.

How to Coordinate with Our Team

To help our packers provide the best service, please consider the following:
  • Designated "No-Pack" Zone: Place items you do not want packed in one specific location, such as on a bed, and notify our team so they know to leave them.
  • Sentimental Items: Please identify any items that are particularly sentimental to you. Our team can pack these separately to ensure they receive extra care.
  • Clear Labeling Our packing team will correctly label every box, clearly marking the contents and the destination room on the top.

Once you have set aside your essentials and identified your sentimental items, you can relax—we will take care of everything else!
