For most offices we can be on-site within a few days of booking. If you have an urgent lease deadline, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline — including same-week clearances where availability allows.
Do you recycle or donate items rather than sending everything to landfill?
Yes. We sort all items during clearance — furniture in good condition is offered to local charities and reuse centres, recyclable materials are processed appropriately, and only what cannot be reused or recycled goes to a licensed waste facility. Disposal certificates are available on request.
Can you clear IT equipment and handle data destruction?
We can remove and transport IT equipment for responsible disposal. For secure data destruction of hard drives and storage devices, we recommend using a certified data destruction service in advance of clearance — and we can advise on this during your pre-clearance survey.
Are you insured for office clearance work?
