Is my stuff insured while it's in storage?
Yes. All items are covered under our storage insurance from the moment they arrive at our facility to the moment they leave. We recommend checking your own home or business insurance policy for any additional coverage you may already have.
What can I store — are there any restrictions?
We can store furniture, boxes, clothing, business stock, equipment, documents, and most household and commercial items. We’re unable to store hazardous materials, flammable liquids, perishable goods, or illegal items. If you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll advise.Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and goods-in-transit cover for every clearance job. Your property is protected throughout, and we’re members of the Removal Industries Ombudsman scheme for additional accountability.
