What Time Do You Arrive on Moving Day?
Our team usually arrives between 8am and 9am. However, we understand that flexibility is important, so we’re happy to arrange another time slot that suits your schedule.
Do You Provide Boxes and Packing Supplies?
Yes, we offer expert packing advice and provide access to high-quality packing materials. You can also purchase boxes and supplies directly from our website for added convenience.
How Should I Pack My TV?
If you don’t have the original box, we recommend wrapping your TV in bubble wrap and securing it with flexible cardboard. Our team also uses thick blanket wraps inside the vehicle to protect electronics during transit.
Do You Use Floor Protection?
Absolutely. We can provide thick carpet protection rolls and shoe covers on the day of your move. Just let your move coordinator know ahead of time, and we’ll include them at no extra cost.
Do You Protect Sofas and Mattresses?
Yes, we use mattress covers and shrink wrap to protect your sofas and mattresses during loading, transport, and unloading.
Do You Arrange Parking Suspensions?
We don’t arrange them directly, but we can assist with details like van registration numbers. If you don’t have a driveway, we recommend contacting your local council to arrange a temporary suspension or reserve a spot using bins the night before your move.
What Can You Dismantle and Reassemble?
We can handle beds, wardrobes, dining tables, sofas — even trampolines up to 10ft. However, for safety, we only reassemble items we have dismantled ourselves.
What Items Can’t Be Transported?
We are unable to transport fine jewellery, high-value small items, flammable or hazardous materials, and any live animals due to safety and insurance restrictions.
Do You Offer Storage?
Yes. We work with trusted partners like Safestore to offer secure, flexible storage options. Whether you need short-term or long-term storage, we’ll help with pickup, delivery, and everything in between.
Do You Take Down Curtains, Blinds, or Light Fittings?
No, we don’t remove curtains, blinds, or electrical fittings. These should be taken down before our team arrives to avoid delays.
Can You Go Into the Loft?
Due to health and safety policies, we can’t enter lofts. However, we’re happy to assist from the ladder while you pass items down.
Do You Move Plants?
Yes, we move both indoor and outdoor plants. We load them last and unload them first to reduce time spent without sunlight or airflow.
Can You Move Fish Tanks?
Yes, we can move empty fish tanks. Please ensure there’s no water or live fish inside before the move.
Do You Disconnect Washing Machines?
We do not offer plumbing services. Please arrange for a certified plumber to disconnect or reconnect washing machines, dishwashers, or similar appliances.
Do You Provide Wardrobe Cartons?
Yes, we provide wardrobe cartons free of charge on the day of your move. Dimensions: 508 x 457 x 967mm — perfect for transporting hanging clothes safely.
Do You Charge for Date Changes or Cancellations?
No, we don’t charge for date changes — even multiple times. And if you need to cancel, your deposit is fully refundable. Your flexibility is our priority.
